Africast TV

Africast is an Android app, which publishes Africa-related videos. It has music, news, and movies. This app has social capabilities (for exchanging comments and opinions about videos), and in-app e-commerce features (some of the videos are pay-per-view). For this project we have implemented all mobile functionality (including design) and server-side functionality. There is an easy process for server admin to upload new video content, and a secure lightweight API that exposes this content from the server to the mobile app.
